The Hayman Reese SmartCheckTM Battery Monitor enables the remote monitoring of the charge of up to four batteries located in either the vehicle and/or trailer. While the primary purpose of the system is to monitor the battery status of the trailer’s Break Away unit, other batteries can be added by connecting additional Battery Monitor Unit’s to each battery. As each Battery Monitor Unit connects to the Display Unit via Bluetooth, installation is straight forward regardless of where the batteries are located.
